1 How to fill up ‘Online’ Application Form for 9th Registration 2016? Are there any guidelines for the students before filling the application form? Application form for 9th Registration 2016 can be submitted only online through website Details are available in the Intructions of 9th Registration 2016. Keep the correct details ready before submission of form after carefully reading of Intructions .

3 How to remit fee for 9th Registration 2016?  The examination fee for 9th Registration 2016 can be remitted in the following manner:  
1. Online payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking  
2. Payment through e-Challan at the branches of State  Bank of India.
4 If any school faces any problem in remittance of fee, to whom can he/she approach? School can take the assistance of helpline email id. 
5 What is the minimum age for appearing in 9th Registration 2016? A Student who shall complete age of 14 years as on 01 March, 2017 i.e born on or before 1st March 2003.

7 If mistakenly during filling up of the form, wrong particulars are filled in the online form, how it will be corrected? Schools are requested to read the instruction carefully before submission of application. They should keep the entire information ready as per instruction of 9th Registration2016. No correction will be allowed after final submission of Application form. Verify the information before final submission of data. All the information which is correct on the date of final submission of form will be considered valid and no change is allowed later.
8 From which date the 9th Registration 2016 forms will be available. The Online Application for 9th Registration 2016 will be available on  from 5th May 2016 to 16th May 2016i
9 Is the availability of forms will be online or it can be purchased from any bank or institution. The application forms are available online only. A schools can apply by logging into website Forms are not available in any bank or institution.
10 How to send confirmation List of Application Form of 9th Registration 2016? The schools are NOT REQUIRED TO SEND the Confirmation List of the online application form or any document (s) to 9th Registration Unit.
11 What is the scheduled date for web hosting of Admit Cards for 9th Registration 2016? The schedule of web hosting of Admit Cards shall be intimated after completion of form filling process.
12 When will be the result of 9th Registration 2016 declared? The date will be intimated on the website.

14 Can anyone cancel the application submitted for 9th Registration ? Online Application forms once submitted successfully cannot be cancelled/ withdrawn.
15 . If one does not get Admit Card, whom should he contact? Admit card will be uploaded on website and the school can be download the admit card.
16 How will one know the result of the 9th Registration 2016? The result of 9th Registration 2016 will be uploaded on the website as per schedule.
17 There is a spelling mistake in the name of candidate, father and/or mother. The correction can be made before the final submission.
18 . Wish to change the mobile number and e-mail ID given in the application form. These changes are not allowed as this is linked to the user ID and password of the school’s account. School those have given wrong mobile number or e-mail-ID may remain in touch with 9th Registration website to get the latest information issued by the 9th Registration as they might not be getting information through SMS or e-mail.
19 Wish to change the photograph, signature. Photograph & signature can be changed befor the final submission.
20 While paying the fee, what a school can do in case of failed transaction? In this case, the school are required to pay the fees by e-challan and to download the acknowledgement page. fee payment is made through e-challan.
